There is so much material that shows you how to true leadership and everyone sees power as the main attribute. However, the fact that leadership and power are two separate things that can not be clarified. Holding a power role doesn’t mean that you’re a leader because people can have control without such things.
Leadership performs more than power and requires at least five feature
1- A look:
For leaders, more than just a vision is necessary. They need the wisdom to research and explain a situation and decide the correct course of action. Steve Jobs is a perfect example in today’s world of a leader who knows everything about him. His experience led to him restarting the company and dominating the market by inheriting a mess as Apple CEO.
Leaders lead by example and never expect people to do anything they themselves are not able to do. They take the initiative and first put their foot in the area. The kind of initiative that they take is invaluable because it encourages their confidence, bravery, and expresses a kind of commitment that wins people’s trust.
3- They have an impact:
It’s a true leader’s ability to pull people into his own vision and beliefs. This helps the following to be collected and encouraged to move forward. You have the ability to convince others of your own point of view and to establish an adverse impact through their influence.
4 – They have an influence on:
The extent to which leaders have an impact on their followers is the measure of true leadership. This is because leaders are built to improve and have a significant effect on people’s lives.
5 – They have integrity:
There is an aspect among many leaders that most of the time is lacking. It is their lack of honesty that only true leaders share. A true leader’s life should be integrated with the highest ideals as the consistency of the effect on others is decided. The basis of true leadership is honesty.
